CANCELLATION POLICY


NO REFUNDS will be made FOR ANY REASON! If you make a mistake in your shopping cart and over-charge your credit card, you will ONLY BE GIVEN CREDIT in your on-line account which you can use any time for any future classes.  So double-check your shopping cart before clicking ANY buttons.  When you click on the agreement boxes, you are legally accepting the policy and any charges made to your credit card.

 

NO REFUNDS will be made FOR ANY REASON!  If you cancel a class, you will ONLY GET CREDIT in your online account which you can use anytime for any future classes! NO REFUNDS.  So please don't ask. Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class.

We have a strict 3 day cancellation policy (NO EXCEPTIONS) and cancellations/rescheduling must be made by the guest through this system.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING THROUGH EMAIL, WALK-IN OR PHONE CALL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Treat your paid class reservation as you would Hotel Reservations!


NO CANCELLATION OR CLASS CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF MADE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE CLASS.  You will lose your reservation and no credit will be given.

 

When canceling seat(s) 3 days or more before the class date your on-line account will be credited for future reservation(s).  NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

 

Please do not ask us to make exceptions, as the instructor and our staff have already begun preparations and purchased the ingredients for the class.

In many cases, we have refused someone a seat because it was reserved for you.

 

Transfers, Cancellations or any changes Require at least 3 DAYS notice.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
