Host your next event with us, we can customize a class just for you, perfect for all kinds of events. All prices include art supplies: paint, brushes, aprons, easels, 16x20 inch canvases (yours to keep), etc.

The price of the event varies based on the length of the class. The paintings we offer fall into three class length categories based on how long it takes to compete them (2, 2.5 and 3 hours). Please choose the painting for your event from our calendar or gallery of paintings here.

 $245 deposit required to hold the date/time of the event. Deposit goes towards the total price of the event and is fully refundable for up to two weeks before the event. 

Additional studio time for eating/drinking/mingling (non-class time) can be added to your class.
Prices are as follows:

Saturday..................................$90 per 30 minutes of additional studio time. 
Sunday....................................$60 per 30 minutes of additional studio time. 
Monday-Friday evening..............$60 per 30 minutes of additional studio time.
Monday-Friday daytime..............$50 per 30 minutes of additional studio time.

• Front Room......$560 for up to 16 guests ($35/pp) max 20 guests

• Main Room.......$1120 for up to 32 guests ($35/pp) max 40 guests

CHELSEA: 39 W 14th Street, Suite 401 (btw 5th & 6th Ave)

• $840 for up to 24 guests ($35/pp) max 32 guests

HARLEM: 15 W 116th Street, (Storefront, we are btw 5th Ave & Lenox Ave)

• Lenox Room........$1015 for up to 29 guests ($35/pp) max 36 guests

• Savoy Room........$560 for up to 16 guests ($35/pp) max 20 guests

WILLIAMSBURG: 309 Roebling Street, Brooklyn NY 11211 (btw South 8th St & South 9th St)

• Front Room........16 guests minimum, ($35/pp) max 20 guests

• Main Room.........37 guests minimum, ($35/pp) max 47 guests

• Garden...............16 guests minimum, ($35/pp) max 20 guests

*Friday 6:30pm, Saturday (all classes) & Sunday 1pm private parties: no minimum option, all available seats must be paid for.
*Weekday daytime private parties: minimum is 12 people ($420). Class has to finish at or before 5pm, Mon-Thur. On Friday's, class must finish at or before 4:30pm.

FUNDRAISER EVENTS:
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Our take is $25 per person, and the rest goes to the charity. You get the choose the price per person.

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sundays: Our take is $35 per person and the rest goes to the charity. You get the choose the price per person.

The charity/organization needs to be a nonprofit organization [a 501(c)(3)], and donations need to be tax-deductible. We would sell the seats to the event on our calendar and then write a check for the donation amount directly to the organization (with your name/fundraising info attached). The Organization would then provide us with an acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.

All events are still subject to our minimums for a private party. We can offer the option to have a fundraiser group within a larger public class if you don't have enough guests to meet the minimum for a private party.

OFF-SITE EVENTS:
Can't come to us?  We can bring the party to you!

Enjoy Painting Lounge in the comfort and convenience of the venue of your choice. We can come to your office, a rental space (we know a few good ones), or a restaurant. In addition to all the art supplies, these prices include two instructors and tablecloths to protect table tops. If you need floors and chairs covered in plastic there is an additional fee.

2 HR OFF-SITE PACKAGE

GROUP RATES:
If you don't have enough people in your group for a private event you can still plan a fantastic painting party at Painting Lounge and get a nice group discount as well! Simply email us the number of people you plan to have in your group and we'll forward you a custom discount code for your guests to use when signing up.

Daily-Deal Vouchers are excluded from use toward Private Parties. Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or our group rate discounts.
