Ciao!, and welcome to the one-of-a-kind Italian Adventure Kids Camp! Over three exciting days, children ages 8-12 will embark on a culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Italy. From crafting fresh pasta to mastering the art of pizza-making, each day promises hands-on learning, delicious creations, and lasting memories. Day 1: Pasta Passion On the first day, budding chefs will dive into the world of pasta-making. Guided by experienced instructors, they will roll up their sleeves and learn to create authentic spaghetti and linguini from scratch. With a focus on technique and tradition, participants will also whip up two classic sauces: a rich tomato sauce bursting with flavor and a creamy Alfredo sauce to tantalize the taste buds. Day 2: Pizza Party Extravaganza Get ready for a pizza party extravaganza on day two! Children will knead, toss, and top their way to pizza perfection as they master the art of crafting homemade pizza dough. From classic Margherita to personalized creations, the possibilities are endless. But the fun doesn't stop there! Participants will also learn to prepare Stromboli, a savory delight filled with delicious ingredients. To complement their creations, they'll whip up a delectable sauce that's sure to elevate every bite. Day 3: Sweet Endings On the final day, young chefs will satisfy their sweet tooth as they delve into the world of Italian desserts. From creamy tiramisu to decadent cannoli, they'll discover the secrets behind these iconic treats. With hands-on guidance, participants will learn essential techniques and creative presentations to impress family and friends back home. Details These classes are for young chefs ages 8-12.
