All Board, young chefs, for a culinary trip around the world. Explore the world's great flavors in this three-day camp as you investigate the flavors and dishes of Mexico, Asia, and France. On this trip, you will develop a foundation for cooking that will benefit you for a lifetime coupled with an experience you will never forget. All kids ages 8-12 are invited to join the Chefs Amber Pier and Katie Moffitt in the Nibblins kitchen for this extraordinary experience. Day one—Learn how to make Mexican favorites such as quesadillas, tacos, and cinnamon chips and lots of toppings and salsas. Ole! (Hooray) Day two—Learn how to make easy Asian favorites like Chicken with Broccoli, Fried Rice, and Almond Cookies. Kuàilè (Happy) Day Three—Learn how to make French Bakery pastries. These will be both sweet and savory. Oui! Oui! (Yes, yes) Details These classes are for young chefs ages 8-12. Classes begin at 11:00am and end at 1:30pm. Lunch will be provided each day. Nibblins attempts to accommodate allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions.
