The Real Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
 

Nibblins Co-owner Blair Dolinar who is from Chicago will teach you how to make authentic Chicago deep dish pizza.  He will demonstrate two Gourmet Pizza Crusts and two Gourmet Sauces that you can use to make all kinds of pizza combinations. Blair's experience comes from a childhood in Chicago where he learned to love traditional deep dish. Then to round off the evening, he will present a yummy Fruit Pizza for dessert. This will be a very fun and delicious Interactive Demonstration class in which working in groups of two everyone will have a share in making a pizza.
