Class Description: In this interactive demonstration class, you will spend an evening cooking recipe that will end the craving for a juicy burger. In addition to the traditional burgers, Nibblins co-owner Blair Dolinar will help with some tips to help make these burgers lo-carb friendly.

What to Expect: This style of class allows you to be as involved in the cooking process as you would like. You are treated as the chef/instructor's assistant. This style allows you to mingle a bit more and interact with other students. Most of Nibblins cooking classes fall under this style.

Closed toed and comfortable shoes are recommended. Lo-Carb Pasta
It's Lo-Carb Italina night at Nibblins! Learn from the pasta expert Blair Dolinar in this interactive demonstration class where everyone gets to make pasta. Then watch as Blair creates the perfect Bolognese and Marinara Sauces. For the final touch, put pasta and sauce together to make one delicious event.

Deep Dish Pizza

Using an authentic recipe from the Old Country, Blair will give step by step instructions to create a German Sponge Cake and then will demonstrate unique variations. Advanced Macarons
Join Pastry Chef Shanna Avila of Crumbs & Crumbles bakery for a fully involved class on advanced macaron techniques. This class is designed for students that have already taken the Marvelous Macarons class. In this three and a half hour class, you will learn the Italian meringue method for making macaron. You will learn to add multiple colors to one batch, flavor the macaron base, and also how to pipe shapes other than the standard rounds. This class will be hands on. Join us for a new challenge in a fun relaxed atmosphere!
