Using an authentic recipe from the Old Country, Blair will give step by step instructions to create a German Sponge Cake and then will demonstrate unique variations. Adult Cookie Decorating
 

Just in time for the holidays, Chef Dorothy will guide you step by step in making the most beautifully decorated cookies for your family and friends. With a variety of shapes and sizes, colors, decorations, and icings, your cookies will be the centerpiece of your entertaining or just a delight to your those who get to enjoy them.

What to expect:

In this hands-on class, you will learn to decorate holiday cookies from a trained pastry chef.  This is an interactive class with demonstration as well as hands-on activities.

All students receive a 10% discount on store purchases made on the day of the class and following day.  

All classes include menu, recipe booklet, samples of the food prepared, and complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.

This will be an Interactive Demonstration Class lasting approximately two hours.

For your safety, please wear flat, closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be pulled back.

Students will be standing for a significant portion of class. Closed toed and comfortable shoes are recommended.

While every effort is made to complete the class without any changes, occasionally menu items may need to be revised at the chef's discretion with another menu item of equal value without notice to attendees.

Heir and a Parent: Holiday Cookie Tree
 

A Parent and Child Experience

All children love cookies. All children love holiday trees.  So, what would be better than combining the two? Chef Christa Nahhas will guide you and your child in making and decorating a cookie Christmas tree full of gum drops and sprinkles. 

What to expect:

This hands-on class will have you and your child baking, stacking, icing, and decorating a beautiful holiday tree fit for Santa himself. We will have plenty of sprinkles, gumdrops, and more on hand to make your tree sparkle like the season.

Class Description: Join Pastry Chef Shanna Avila for an afternoon of Marvelous French Macarons. In this 2 1/2 hour hands on participation class, you will receive helpful tips on how to wrangle these finicky cookies including mixing, piping, and baking. In addition, you will take home your own cookies to share, or keep to yourself... filled with airy buttercream and some unique flavors. Conquer your fear of these fancy French pastries and impress your friends and family with them! 

What to Expect: Step in and start cooking! We’ll create these recipes together for hands-on learning and delicious fun. While some basic prep work may be done before class, students work in teams to complete each menu item.
