Class Description:  Come enjoy a night out devoted to low-carb keto friendly pizza!  You will enjoy an evening of laughs and yummy food with the Nibblins co-owner Susan Dolinar.  This will be an Interactive Demonstration class.

Menu:  BLT pizza

            Carmelized Onion and Bacon pizza

            Chicken Alfredo pizza

           All made with a low carb pizza crust

           Chocolate cookie pizza


What to Expect:  This style of class allows you to be as involved in the cooking process as you would like.  You are treated as the chef/instructor's assistant.  Each menu is structured to accommodate some food preparation by the students.  Many of the recipes will already have some ingredients prepared.  This style allows you to mingle a bit more and interact with other students.  Most of Nibblins cooking classes fall under this style.

•    Class is designed for students16 years or over.
•    Class will run about 2 hours in length unless otherwise noted.

Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza
 

Class Description: In this interactive demonstration class you will learn from Blair Dolinar. Blair's experience comes from a childhood in Chicago where he learned to make traditional deep dish. He will teach you how to make two Gourmet Pizza Crusts and two Gourmet Sauces that you can use to make all kinds of pizza combinations. Then to round off the evening, a dessert pizza.

Tea Class: Downton Abbey
 

Join Nibblins co-owner Susan Dolinar as she celebrates Tea based on the Downtown Abbey series, set in the fictional Yorkshire country estate of Downton Abbey. This series depicts the lives of the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants in the post-Edwardian era—with the great events in history having an effect on their lives and on the British social hierarchy. While you enjoy your tea you will learn to make items that complement your tea that will impress Dowager Crawley. This will be an  Demonstration class.

A Day in the Kitchen: French Pastries
 

Come over to the other side of the counter to master cooking in our special participation classes.  For those who are interested in learning more about how to cook.  A Day in the Kitchen offers an in-depth mastery of specific culinary arts.  These classes are limited to six people.

This hands-on class will teach how to make and bake classic French pastries.  Learn how to roll out and fold into many flaky layers homemade buttery puff pastry and croissant dough.  These delicious doughs will be baked into pain au chocolat, palmiers, croissants and other scrumptious desserts.  For lunch we will create Chicken Friand, a balsamic chicken and mushroom filling in a puff pastry topped with wild mushroom sauce.

Milk Street's Spice Kitchen
 

Blair and Susan Dolinar, Co-owners  of Nibblins  will show you Milk Street's  method to make three simple but deeply flavorful meals and how, when and why to use the right skillet for each. At Milk Street, they opt for big flavors and bold ingredient combinations to make weeknight dinners fast and satisfying. Think: pickled shallots, tomatoes and heaps of mint and cilantro with a sugar-crusted skirt steak in our Thai Beef Salad; Smokey chipotles blended into a sauce that cuts juicy, rich pork in Pork Chops in Chipotle Sauce, and sweet-salty caramel glazed chicken with a cabbage slaw, as in our Chicken Donburi Rice Bowls.

This class is divided into three sections according to the kind of skillet used for each recipe: cast iron, stainless or non-stick. In each lesson you’ll learn how to make one great dinner, all about the skillet used, and tips and techniques that extend far beyond the content of the class.
