Under the guidance of trained pastry chef Dorothy Benner, you will learn the how-to of piping skills necessary for all your cake decorating. You will practice borders, writing, drop flowers and a classic rose. After practicing these elements, you will be able to complete your own cupcake designs and proudly take your decorated cupcakes home. 

Everything you need will be provided including three cupcakes to ice, icing, equipment, and, of course, colors to personalize your icing. Following Dorothy's instruction, your results will be beautiful.

This is a hands on class.
