Cancellation/Refund Policy for Private Events:

Thank you for choosing to host your event with us. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Please take note of our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Reservation and Non-Refundable Charge: To reserve your private event, a non-refundable charge is required. This charge secures your booking and ensures our availability and preparation for your event.

3. Change of Dates: Should you need to change the dates of your event, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to make necessary arrangements with our instructors and adjust our schedule accordingly.

   • Cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to the event: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your event with more than 48 hours' notice, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or provide a refund of any additional fees paid beyond the non-refundable charge.

   • Cancellation made within 48 hours of the event: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event cannot be refunded. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule the event, subject to availability, or provide credit for future bookings.

6. No-Show Policy: If you or your guests fail to attend the event without prior notice, the full event fee will be charged, and no refund or credit will be provided.
