How can we improve your experience for your next visit
I think the icing class should come with an option to purchase the cookie recipe/with the magic tips to improve one’s own recipe(for a fee) without having to take the additional class.

What other classes would you like for THIS teacher to teach?
Hmmmmmmm. Can’t think of something off the top of my head. I would like to attend a how to start your business class, and how to price your goods. Cristina mentioned there was a class at the expo, but I think many would benefit if you held one as well in case the timing doesn’t work.

How can we improve your experience for your next visit
I bought the class for 5 of us, I liked the instructor and I plan to order cookies from her, she's talented. I think the instructor should have been better prepared and much more efficient. While she had some icing ready, half of it was so hard we couldn't use it, the rest she made in class was not measured, it was based on how the consistency she felt, while many of us would do the same at home, I paid for a class so you follow the measurements you are giving me on a recipe so we get the right consistency. I think we had a lot of dead time, the class could have easily been an hour class or we could have learned so much more. You can still mix some icing with the team, but most icing for the class should have been ready ahead of time with the right consistency and labeled so we are not guessing.

I really like the over concept and I really like the class, my feedback is simply for potential constructive improvement. I would definitely book many more classes.
