Meredith was amazing! She's very knowledgeable and nice. She explains everything in detail. Wouldn't think it twice to enroll in any other course with her.

The instructor was very knowledgable and although she said she was uncomfortable in front of crowds, I did not get that from the way she presented the class. She was very funny, clear and engaging throughout the entire class. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves very much!

I would have liked a little more hands on but the class was great and I feel as though I could successfully make macarons at home now.
