I'm not sure if she already does, but I'd love a basic buttercream decorating class. Maybe how to make a drip top, buttercream flowers, etc

Any and all offered in the am but offered in the evening. It's perfect for those that work, but most of your skill obtaining classes are generally in the evenings. thank you.

Any! Maybe just a random buttercream cake decorated (that's not drip [personal preference]). She is awesome, calm energy, really a positive learning experience.

I think that everything is done very well, because the instructors not only demonstrate the technique but ask if you have question they answer in English and Spanish I speak English but I like that no one is left out. Crstina came around each station looking at our work and told us what we were doing wrong and should each one personally how to make the correction.

Love the friendly atmosphere and the students. I also like the survey, I can't remember completing one before. The instructors are asking question on how can they improve.
