Unfortunately due to our seating capacity, we do not allow people to attend our painting classes with out a reservation. Children under 5 years old are not permitted to attend an adult class.  Our policy for children is more flexible during private parties.  Family Day classes on Saturday afternoon at 2pm are designed for families with younger children. We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, water cups and an apron for the class. You are welcome to bring snacks or light finger foods to enjoy during the class! You can even order in pizza. Do not bring in any kind of alcoholic beverages. We have a wine bar with a selection of beer, wine, champagne (By the bottle only.) and sangria with fresh fruit. (Sangria mocktails are also available.)

Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class. Any changes must be made AT 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT.

If you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so within 48 hours of that class in order to receive a credit to your online account for the full amount you paid.

Paint Sip and Swirl, LLC. reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to scheduled class time and payments can be refunded or a gift certificate for another time can be issued.

Yes, we have a spot designated for you with an easel set up before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice).

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the class to allow time to get a glass of wine, find your apron and be seated.

Paint Sip and Swirl, is NOT A BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE facility. We sell beer, wine, champagne and sangria to attendees age 21 years and older to be consumed during our studio classes. We will ask for an ID at the WINE BAR. Paint Sip and Swirl will permit painters age 16 to 20 to attend classes if they are accompanied by an adult. (They will not be served alcohol.)

When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.
