A Private Party is perfect for a small girls night, bachelorette party or if you missed a painting that you really wanted to do. All you need to do is have at least 8 people register 2 days prior to the event. As soon as you schedule your private party, we will create the event on our calendar and you can direct your friends to the site so they can begin registering. There is no additional fee for a private party. All painters will pay the standard $30 for the event. You can also choose any of our paintings for your event. You will just need to make sure that the location will house your guests plus the artist comfortably.

If your party is more than 40 miles away from our location (16420), we ask that at least 10 people register 2 days prior to the event. 

Typically, a normal seat at one of our events is $30. When doing a fundraiser, a seat is $35. The extra $5 will go towards your organization. Paintin' on the Rocks will also donate $5 for each seat filled. So when it's all said and done, the organization would get $10 for every person who attends. You have the ability to make the fundraiser however you would like. You get to choose whether or not you would like the event to be public or private. You choose where you would like to have it at and you also get to choose which painting you would like to do. We are really excited to be able to help our local origanizations!

2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change”   

3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.

4) Click on the appropriated choice

When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.
