Start a new family tradition this year and join us for our annual tamale-making class. These little gifts are easy to prepare, even more so with a team of people working together. Learn how to make fresh masa dough, with both sweet and savory fillings. We'll teach you how to wrap each tamale up in corn husks and steam them in large batches so that when you go home you'll know how to feed those unannounced guests who just arrived!
