set up so that everyone can experience to practice cutting more that one item and have the teach watch each person and provide feedback. |

Additional comments and observations
having appetizers and water available is very nice but it was not clear if okay to eat when I arrived or if it was for something later because I arrived late, noticed others were not eating so was not sure if something had been announced about when to dig in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. |
