So if you’re one of those people who has been asking when I’m going to do a knife skills class, this one’s for you! 

Now, you can focus on honing your knife skills for a full two-hours!  That’s kitchen humor…you’ll be ”honing” your knife skills, get it?

Remember...the focus is on a super important SKILL!.

You will spend two hours learning (and practicing) the basics of the kitchen’s most important tool, including, how to mince, brunoise, dice, bâtonnet and julienne as well as a couple of fancy, schmancy cuts, just for fun but they’re useful, too. 

This two-hour class includes VERY hands-on instruction, yummy food made from your practice cuts (lots of creativity involved here...like Chopped without the clock), and complimentary wine pairings. 

Whether you're a beginner or a samurai, there will be something for everyone.

This class will also be limited to 12 people so everyone gets plenty of one-to-one training.

This "Alternative Thanksgiving Dinner" is a 3-hour, hands-on class that will allow you to take control of that whole, horrible turkey dinner experience.

We will create "alternatives" to that big scary monster so you can make this dinner your own!

After making the entire dinner, you'll sit down and have an early Thanksgiving (one you'll really be thankful for).

This kind of dinner takes a little bit of time so it is AN HOUR LONGER than typical classes.  You can plan on learning an alternative to roasting a whole turkey, an alternative to cornbread dressing and finally, an alternative to mashed potatoes...the main dishes that strike fear into the hearts of home cooks trying to master this task.  And, by the way, this is one of my favorite classes!
