For a different kind of Date Night - We're traveling to Barcelona, Seville, Madrid and beyond via the kitchen and these bite size morsels.

Tapas are designed to be shared so come spend a fun evening with us as you taste and learn how to make these delicious small plates.  From the famed beef dishes of San Sebastian to the seafood of Valencia and everything in between, it's all delicious!

This two-hour class includes hands-on instruction, all food prepared, recipes, complimentary wine pairings and LOTS OF FUN!  OLE!

You are, of course, always welcome to bring your favorite beverage of choice.

Price is per couple.  $130 for TWO people.

We'll take a short trip via the grill to learn about the foods and grilling styles of Italy.  We'll have steak with garlic and herbs, bruschetta, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and more...all from the grill.

Back by popular demand!

Building on Sushi 101, in this class you will learn how to make more advanced rolls topped with fish (jumaki) and more!

Learn how to make sushi you can make it at home.

You will learn from Executive Chef Anthony Santos the ins and outs of sushi rolls, proper rice seasoning, and proper fish cutting techniques.

Chef Santos trained in Japan with sushi masters so he is well-versed in all things sushi.  You may also know him from ITR-Broken Arrow.

 

This two-hour class will feature traditional techniques and lots of beautiful seasonal vegetables and seafood and includes hands-on Instruction, all food prepared, recipes and LOTS OF SUSHI MAKING FUN.
