How do I reschedule a reservation?
You can change your reservation up to 2 days before your class by logging into your Paint Along account and clicking on 'Classes'. First, cancel your existing reservation. A credit will be applied to your Paint Along account. Then, when you want to select a new class, select your class from the calendar and proceed to checkout. You will be asked if you want to apply an account credit to pay for the class. Elect to do so, and your balance should adjust accordingly.
What are your age limits for classes?
YOU MUST BE 18 Years or Older to attend Paint Along, unless the class is specifically notated as 'All Ages'.
ALL AGES CLASSES: Children must be 12 years or older to attend all ages classes with or without an adult. Our classes begin and end on time, and Paint Along is not responsible to care for children who are not picked up promptly at class closure time. Only participating painters allowed in the studio; no spectators, no shared canvases, no exceptions. If a child under 18 is signed up for a class not specifically notated as all ages, they will be denied admission to the class, and no refund will be offered.
How does your waiting list work?
When a seat opens up in a class, all of the clients on the waiting list receive a notification email. If you would like to confirm your seat in the class, you must sign in to your Paint Along account and sign up for the class.
You are not charged nor registered for the class until you sign in and sign up for the class.
Can I bring wine or beer?
Yes, if you are 21+ you may. Please keep in mind that this is not a bar, and excessive behavior will not be tolerated. You will not be allowed to drink on our premises if you cannot show proof of age. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who exhibits intoxication. If you are asked to leave, you will not be offered a refund.
What time do you open?
The doors will be open 30 minutes prior to each class. Please do your best to arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can start on time! Classes will not be delayed for late arrivals.
What should I wear?
You are welcome to come as you are, but we take no responsibility for your clothing or personal items. There are cubbies for you to store your bags, and we provide basic aprons to protect your clothing.
How can I cancel/change a class if I am within your cancellation policy?
1) Sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes”
2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change”
3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.
4) Click on the appropriated choice
When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.
