My kids are young so I understand some of it may have just been due to their age. We were at the last session and I think that that may have affected it too. Everyone we encountered was nice. However, as soon as we arrived and had already been in line for santa they told us it was the last trolley ride and that we needed to get out of line if we wanted to ride the trolley because they were cold. So we got out of line and then did the trolley ride. By the time we got back they had stopped the pony rides and then there was still a line for Santa. Then we went by the presents and they were already packed. We went to get our grain and they split the bucket into two so that another family could have some. Again, maybe this was all because it was the last session, but we felt super rushed and like everyone was kind of over it at that point. |
