FLAMIG FARM REFUND/CHANGE POLICIES
Because our programs are so popular and changes to enrollment cause significant disruptions to our procedures, we've implemented the following policies:
Haunted Walk Thru Refunds/Changes
Thank you for purchasing tickets for our Halloween Walk Thru. This is our annual fundraiser to be able to feed all the animals over the cold winter months while the farm is closed. If you need to change your date/time you may log into your account and switch it if spots are available. Please note there are no refunds. In the event of bad weather, please be flexible and available for the Sunday rain date. (You will be notified by email if we need to reschedule) Please arrive on time for your scheduled time. If you are unable to use your tickets please give them to a friend.
Santa Tickets Refunds/Changes
Due to the high demand and limited space there are no cancellations or refunds. There is a wait list that we can call and if we fill your spot then we will refund you. Please note: This is an ALL weather event so dress accordingly. Santa will be inside the party room but the rest of the event takes place outside. Boots are recommended. In case of a blizzard we will either refund you or fit you in another time. We will notify you of this change by email. If you are unable to use your tickets please give them to a friend.
Camp & Children's Program Refunds
Refunds are possible up to two weeks prior to the first date of your session, IF we can fill your spot. A refund processing fee of $50.00 will always apply.
Camp & Children's Program Session Changes
Session changes are possible up to two weeks prior to the first date of your originally scheduled session, IF we can fill your spot and we can accommodate your requested change. A session change fee of $50.00 will always apply.
