How can we improve your experience for your next visit
Since both the gumbo and étouffée were cooking at the same time I got confused 20 and when the ingredients for being added. There was never any discussion about how to make the pralines they were just poured and handed out to us. I loved the history and background of the ingredients and thought it was very helpful in terms of style and process for how to cook. Great hints I could never have gotten from a book. Get a mirror to hang above stove as it was really awkward for the chef to hold it.
