Think you are a good baker? This class will make you a great baker! Not for beginners, this class takes an in-depth look at the science behind baking, as well as a hands on approach to multiple style of advanced bread baking.
Includes lunch on day 1.
Completion of Baking 101 or instructor approval required for registration in this advanced course.
