Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class. Any changes must be made AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.

Our policy is that you may “MODIFY” (CHANGE or CANCEL) a class reservation up to 48 hours prior to the posted class time.  The best way to do this is to sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes”, find the class you are changing and click "modify." You may modify or cancel a your reservation on the screen that opens. When you finish your modifications, your account will either require payment for additional seats or show the credit for cancelled seats.

The "modify" option allows you to either cancel your reservation or change your reservation. You may add or remove seat reservations (for one or multiple guests) to attend an event for which you already have a reserved seat. Please be aware, you will only be able to add seats to your reservation when there are still seats available; otherwise, you may place your request for additional seats on the Waiting List and you will be notified if that class has cancellations.

Cancellations made at least two days prior to the scheduled event are refunded as account credits and may be applied to your future reservations.
Remember that you must cancel your reservation at least 2 days prior to the event date to have the cancellation option appear.  This policy allows time for us to offer your cancelled seats to guests on wait list, and full classes allow us to continue to stay in business and offer you fun and unique painting party events. If you are canceling, and your reservation was for multiple seats, please indicate whether you are canceling all or just part of the reservation.

If you do not show up for your reserved class and/or cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled class, no refund will be issued.

 


 


•   Booking Private Events

Book a private party at Arts & Corks Studio in downtown Puyallup...or we'll come to you!! 

Birthday Parties - Girls Night Out - Date Nights - Bachelorette Parties - Bridal Showers - Baby Showers - Retirement Parties - Team Building 

You may book a private party at Arts & Corks Studio for a minimum of 10 people.  Just select a painting from our portfolio, bring your creativity and your friends, and leave the entertainment and clean-up to us!!

Charges for adult paint parties at Arts & Corks Studio are typically $35/person for 2-hour parties, or, $45/person for 3-hour parties. Prices may vary for specialty classes, fund raisers, series classes, etc.

We can schedule your Private Paint Event during the morning, afternoon, or evening, subject to artist and studio availability. Contact us to discuss scheduling availability.

Don't see the perfect painting in our portfolio?  You may commission a painting specifically for your party for a $50 fee!  For a party of 25 or more, Arts & Corks Studio will cover the cost of specially your designing your painting. Copyright for commissioned paintings remains with Arts & Corks Studio.

To ensure the date and time you want, book your private party as early as possible. We prefer a minimum of 7 days in advance but will work with you if you are putting an event together on short notice.

Payment:
A $200 refundable deposit will hold your desired date and time.  7-day cancellation notice: your deposit will be forfeit if an event is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the scheduled event date.

If you don't want to put the entire cost on your own credit card, use our Private Party Link option, where each guest can make their own reservation.

  •   Booking  a Group Reservation in an Open Session
One person may books for a group, the total entire amount will be charged on their card at the time of booking.  This will ensure that you will get the total number of seats you require at the time of booking (for example if the number of seats available in a session is close to being sold out).  Collecting payment from individual group members who you have paid for is not the responsibiliy of Arts & Corks, as long as their seat was paid for at the time of booking.


Alternately each person can book their seat individually.  There is a place in the checkout screen where you can leave a comment to indicate who you want to be seated with and we will do our best to seat you together.  This allows each person in the group to pay their own way.


•   Book seperately but sit together
Our studio typically has seating on a first come-first pick basis. However, if you would like us to reserve group seating of 5 or more, please let us know with the Contact Us link on the menu at the left of your screen to indicate the session, number of seats required, and the names of the people in your group.  We will always do our best to accommodate any requests.


•   Cost
Typically, Studio sessions are $35.00 for 2 hours, $45.00 for 3 hours
When we are hosted at other local venues the cost may vary depending on the cost to us to reserve/use their business space for the class.


•   Age
OPEN SESSIONS:
Adults Only Sessions, we are a licensed beer and wine tavern where alcohol is served. No minors are allowed in the Studio, on site events are for ages 21 years. Legal proof of age/I.D. is required to purchase/consume alcohol in the Studio.

PRIVATE PARTIES:

Off0-Site Events:  Paint events that we run outside of our studio will not include any alcohol services.  Guests may be any age as determined by the off-site party location.


•   Arrival
We encourage you to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early so ywe can get checked-in and settled. We don't open the doors until 30 minutes before the start of a session, so there's no need to arrive earlier.

•   Parking
We have FREE street parking in downtown Puyallup! Evening parking is fairly open, however daytime parking can sometimes be a challenge, so allow yourself enough time to find parking, and walk to Arts & Corks before the start time of your scheduled event.  We will get started on time and we cannot run over the scheduled end time.  PLEASE NOTE: Our Studio is on Meridian, which is the main ONE WAY STREET through downtown, running from North --> South (toward Southhill). If you are not familiar with downtown Puyallup, please keep an eye out for the one way signs on Meridian.


•    Waiting List
If the class you want is sold out click on the Waiting List link below a sold out session on our calendar.  You will be prompted to enter your information.  If a cancellation occurs, an email will automatically be sent to everyone on the waiting list notifying them of the opening(s). At that time, the first person to login and reserve the newly vacant seat will get it.  You may also contact us at info@artsandcorks.com, if we know that there is a particular painting that people want to do, we will put it on the calendar more often.


•    Check your reservations
Log in at the top left of this page and you can see all of your session information.

 

•   Using gift certificates/coupons
When you are checking out for a session, you will see a place to enter a Gift Certificate or Coupon code at the top of your shopping cart.  The value will be applied to the total due for your reservation.


•    Cancellation policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 2 days before the session.  If you cancel by that time the amount that was originally charged for your session will be placed as a credit on your account, and will be available to be applied for future sessions.  If you do not cancel at least 2 days before the session time, and do not show up for the session, no credit will be given.
To cancel, you must be signed into your on-line account.  Click on “My Sessions”.  Cancel any session using the Change button on the right side.


•    How to cancel/change a class
1) Sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes”
2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change” 
3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.
4) Click on the appropriated choice
When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.


•    Is it safe to use my credit card on-line ?
Online payment via credit card is secure, fast, easy and will guarantee that your registration is processed immediately.
We are using a certtiifcate : 128-bit SSL encryption.

Our online system also allows us to accept PayPal Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Our bar sales are cash or credit card.
