Junior Chef Baking Workshop
 

NOW OPEN AS INDIVIDUAL CLASSES!

Our second Baking Workshop this summer - by demand! Featuring all new recipes, this workshop series will guide them through all the basics, and then some!  On day four (Friday), parents and friends are invited to view and sample our work! No worries if you didn't take the first one ... we'll guide you as much as you need.

All classes in this workshop are 3 hours. Each class is $87.50 per day.

Day 1:

Seize this opportunity for your kids to both have fun and to learn! If they are considering attending professional culinary school, this is an all-inclusive preparatory program that will help them decide! Ages 8 and up.

All classes are taught by our patient, professionally-trained chefs.

Basic Cooking for Adults
 

You just can't eat right if you constantly depend on take-out and restaurants. Please ... take this class ... cooking is just not that hard.  Conquer a few techniques ... sauteing, braising, roasting, steaming ... and you'll have it.

We will focus on simple vegetable, meat and fish cookery. You will also learn knife skills.

Each class is 2 and 1/2 hours.

Day 1:
