Are you curious about exactly what "Ayurvedic Wellness" actually means?  In this fun and informative workshop/cooking class, learn the how-to's and why's of Ayurvedic wellness. Ayurveda (or "life science" in Sanskrit), is one of the most ancient forms of medicine on the planet. Find out your dosha (or bodily bio-element) plus the foods, herbs and lifestyle choices that compliment your unique constitution. In addition, we will be making 3 recipes; one to compliment each dosha. Taught by Philosophical Nutritionist Bita Miranda Hunt who has been on a lifelong wellness journey since her Macrobiotic upbringing.
