Sous Vide - The Easy Way to Get It Right
 

Sous Vide is French for "under vacuum".  Learn about this method of cooking in which food is placed in a plastic pouch and cooked in a water bath for a longer than usual time. The purpose is to cook the item evenly without overcooking the outside while retaining moisture - then a quick sear, and you're done!  This class will be partially hands on and partially demonstration.

This is a 2 1/2 to 3 hour class.
