Learn to cook using proper techniques and you'll always be able to create delicious allergy-free meals ... and helping your kids with allergies learn to love cooking will empower them to enjoy the foods they can eat. Price is per twosome.  Registered Dietician, Regina Ragone will be here to teach and answer your questions!

We will focus on three simple techniques to cook chicken, three techniques to cook vegetables and two allergy-free potato dishes.

We will avoid the top 8 allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, soy, gluten, fish and shellfish, as well as sesame.
