General Information
Program fees include admission
1. To Sci-Quest for program participants. Sci-Quest Members receive a 10% discount. Siblings not attending programs will be charged regular admission. Sci-Quest reserves the right to cancel, without refund, all registrations made presenting false membership credentials.
2. Participants must be pre-registered 24 hours prior to the requested program. There will be no registration the day of the programs. Class sizes are limited, and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Programs are for children ready to learn in a group setting through age-appropriate activities. Sci-Quest reserves the right to withdraw a child from a program or camp if the child’s age does not fall within the published age for the registered class unless approved by the Sci-Quest Director of Education.
4. No refunds will be given to participants not attending on their scheduled date unless reservations are cancelled at least two weeks in advance.
5. Registration may be made on this web site. Payment must be made using a major credit card. Registrations are NOT confirmed unless you complete your registration and receive a confirmation via email.
6. Sci-Quest reserves the right to cancel a program in the event that a minimum capacity is not reached. In this event 100% of registration fees will be refunded.
7. To ensure the safety of program participants, a parent/guardian is required to sign in and sign out each participant. Children will not be released to unauthorized persons. Parents must remain with children until class begins. Children will not be allowed on the center floor without an appropriate adult. Sci-Quest staff will not be responsible for supervising children in the exhibit area upon program completion.
