To create a new class :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system. Go to Class Scheduling - Add a New Class.
Enter the following information :
Class #
, Date
, Time
, Price
, Seats
, Chef
, Location
, Upload the image
, Title
, Description
then Click on Submit

To add a note for a student :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system
Customer - View / Update / Delete
Lookup a customer by the first name or last name or phone number or email or zip code
The list of customers is showing up
Click on Add Note
You can edit the previous notes or write a new one
Click on Submit

To update the profile of the students :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system:
Customer - View / Update / Delete
Lookup a customer by the first name or last name or phone number or email or zip code
The list of customers is showing up
Click on Update
Update the following information :
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip
- Home Phone
- Cell Phone
- Email
- Password
- Mailing List
- Payment Type
- Card Number
- CVV (Card Verification Value)
- Name on Card
- Expiration Date
Click on Submit

How can I send emails to my students who attended a class ? |

To send emails to my students who attended a class :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system
Email - To Classes
Lookup a class by class # or select the classes by clicking on the checkboxes
You can now send an email to the students and enter "From Email" and "Subject"
You can add emails or remove emails from the list in "To Email"
You can customize your email with font, color, center, picture, etc ...
You can attach any documents (recipes, information, map, etc ...) you would like
Click on Send Email

How do I cancel a seat for a student ? |

To cancel a seat for a student :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system
Go to Customer - Cancel a Seat
Lookup a customer by the last name
Click on the radio button to select the customer in the results list
The list of the orders for this customer is showing up
For each order, you can select the number of seats you want to cancel
Click on "Cancel and Credit Account" OR "Cancel and Credit Credit Card" OR "Cancel and No Refund"
As an administrator, you may decide to credit the credit card or online account.
To cancel and credit the credit card, click on Cancel and Credit CC
To cancel and credit the online account, click on Cancel and Credit Acc
If you decide to credit the account, the amount on the online account will be automatically deducted from the next order.
