Go into Administrator section of the online reservation system: Select "Customer" then "Order / Cancel a Seat" Find the student by Last Name, then select the student by checking the radio button on the left, make sure you canel the correct class. When you have found the class you wish to cancel, select the number of seats then you may cancel and Credit Online Account.
