It is because your IE7 is in a hight security mode.
1. Click on 'Tools' then 'Internet Option'.
2. Click on the tab 'Security'
3. Slide the security bar to 'Medium-Hight'
4. Click on 'OK'
5. Refresh the page, Click on 'View' then 'Refresh'
