In order to void a gift certificate do the following:
- Log into the admin section of the online reservation system
- Click on 'Credit / Debit / Gift C.' then 'View / Delete Gift Cert'
- Look for a gift certificate by
* date (Purchase from date and Purchase to date)
* code (Gift Cert. Code)
- Click on submit
- Find the gift certificate you want then click on 'Void'
