To do this:
Go into the admin section of the online reservation system:
- Click on 'Email > Email Template
- Click on the activated email in the right category
* Example: For the email reminder, the category is 'Class Reminder Email'
* Example: For the gift certificate received by the customer, the category is 'Gift Certificate Email to User'
- Edit the content of the email
- Click on 'Update'

How to find the list ?
Go into the admin section of the online reservation system:
- Click on Email > Email Template
- Here's the description of the list:
* Comment Order: Notify the school that a student wrote a comment when he checksout.
* Confirmation Order Email: Confirmation of an orderalign left.
* Notification - Contact Us: When a student contacts the school via the 'Contact Us' link in the customer section.
* Notification - Contact Webmaster: When a student contact the school via the 'Contact Webmaster' link in the customer section.
* Gift Certificate Email: Notify the school that a gift certificate will be delivered by email.
* Gift Certificate Email to User: This is the email that will be delivered to the student.
* Gift Certificate Postal Mail: Notify the school that a gift certificate has to be delivered by mail.
* Gift Certificate PDF : Gift certificate that has to be mail to the student.
* Lost Password Email: When a student request for his password.
* Note - When newsletter is sent: Notify that the newsletter has been sent to everybody.
* Note - Start to send newsletter: Notify that the newsletter is being sent to everybody.
* Class Reminder Email: Class reminder email that is sent to the student.
* Confirmation Registration Email: When a student register in the system.
* Request a Feedback: The day after the class, an email is sent to the customer to ask them for their feedback.
* Confirmation Feedback Submitted: Notify the student that he submitted the feedback.
* Thank Feedback Submitted: Thanks the student for his time.
* Notification - New Testimonial: When a student submit a testimonial in the customer section.
* Waiting List Email: Notify the student that a seat is now available.

How to receive or not recieve an email notification ? |

You can decide to receive *or not* recieve email notifications at an email address of your choice.
To do this:
- Go into the admin section of the online reservation system:
- Click on Email > Email Template
- Click on the activated email in the right category (refer to: ) Example: For the email reminder, the category is 'Class Reminder Email'
- Add/Remove your email from the 'Bcc' field
(You will need to seperate the email address with a comma ',' )
- Click on 'Update'
Note: If you don't want your student to receive these emails, you have to contact us at support@rezclick.com
Example: You may add as many email adresses as you want.
