A. To create a new class : Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system.
Go to Class Scheduling - Add a New Class.
Enter the following information :
Class #
, Date
, Time
, Price
, Seats
, Chef
, Location
, Upload the image
, Title
, Description then
Click on Submit

Q. How do I create a class from an existing class ?
 
A. To create a class from an existing class :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation and booking system
Go to Class Scheduling - Add an Existing One
Enter the class number in the search field and Click on Submit OR Click on Add from the class list
You can change the details of the class :
- Class #
- Date
- Time
- Price
- Seats
- Chef
- Location
- Upload/Remove the image
- Title
- Description
Click on Submit

Q. How do I cancel a class ?
 
A. To cancel a class :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system
Go to Class Scheduling - Cancel
The list of active classes is showing up
Click on the checkboxes for the classes you want to cancel
Click on Remove

Q. How do I remove a seat to a class ?
 
A. To remove a seat to a class :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system
Go to Class Scheduling - Remove a Seat
The list of active classes is showing up with number of total seats and seats available for each class
Click on the drop down menu and select the number of seats you want to remove
Click on Remove

Q. How do I add images to the calendar ?
 
A. To add images to the calendar :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system
Go to Class Scheduling - Add a New One / Add an Existing One / Update
Browse the image you want to add on your computer
Click on Submit

Q. How do I add a seat to a class ?
 
A. To add a seat to a class :
Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system
Go to Class Scheduling - Add a Seat
The list of active classes is showing up with number of total seats and seats available for each class
Click on the drop down menu and select the number of seats you want to add
Click on Add Button

Q. How to update/reschedule a class ?
 
A. To update a class :
- Login to the administration interface of the online reservation system:
- Go to 'Class > Class Scheduling' then 'Update'
The list of active classes is showing up
- Click on Modify
- Update the following information
* Class
* Date
* Time
* Price
* Seats
* Chef
* Location
* Image
* Title
* Description
- Click on Submit
Note: If you reschedule a class, it will automatically move the students from the original date to the new date.

Q. How to print an attendee roster ?
 
A. To do this:
- Login to the administration interface of the online reservation and booking system:
- Click on 'Class Scheduling > View' (*or* 'Series Scheduling > View' for a series)
- Find the class you want, then click on 'View'
- Click on 'Class #xxx : Attendees' to open the roster in another window
- Simply print the page

Q. How to add a note to the class ?
 
A. You can use this feature to add any note, such as
- Name of a guest
- Any reminder
To do that:
- Go in the administration part
- Click on 'Class Scheduling > View' (*or* 'Series Scheduling > View' to add a note to a series)
- Find the class you want to add a note, then click on 'View'
- Click on 'Edit Class Note'
- Write your note in the box then click on 'Update Note'
