Please note that cancellations made within twenty-four hours of the scheduled class time will not be accepted.

Please do not ask us to make exceptions. In many cases, we have refused someone a seat because it was reserved for another patron.  When someone fails to show up or cancels at the last minute it is unfair to both the instructors and others who may have been waiting on a seat to open up. 

To avoid time consuming bookkeeping before each class, payment must be made when you book your reservation.
