Not at all. The reservation system is hosted on our server. However, if you already have a website we will create a system that will seamlessly connect the online reservation system with your web site.

How does the waiting list work with RezClick?

 

A.

When all the seats of a class are reserved on the reservation system calendar, students are given the opportunity to add their names on the waiting list, without being charged for it. If a registered student from that class cancels a seat or if a seat becomes available they will receive an email notification which lets them know how many seats are now available.

How can RezClick Online Reservation System enforce our "One Week" cancellation policy?

Yes! You can customize the message of the policy of your school in the administration part of the online reservation system. The message will be displayed on the checkout page and the students will have to agree with your policy if they want to place an order. Your students will be able to make changes to their reservation "ONLY" if they are within that cancellation timeline.
