Not at all. The reservation system is hosted on our server. However, If you already have a website then we will create a link to your site with the reservation system for the convenience of your students.

How waiting list is working? |

When all the seats of a class are booked, students are given the opportunity to be on the waiting list.
Students just add to the cart the class and place the order, they wont be charged for it.
If and when a student of that class cancels then all the students on the waiting list will receive an email notification which lets them know how many seats are now available.
They will be able to reserve their seats placing an order if they would like to attend the class.

Yes. You can customize the message of the policy of your school in the administration part of the reservation system.
The message will be displayed on the checkout page and the students will have to agree with your policy if they want to place an order.
Also, you can set the number of days where no more changes will be accepted.
